An Act

 

declaring legislative intent that monies appropriated for tribal college remedial education by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 20 be considered ongoing in future years.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Arizona community colleges; appropriations; remedial education; intent The legislature intends that the appropriations made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 20 for the Din college remedial education, Tohono O'odham community college remedial education and San Carlos Apache college remedial education line items be considered ongoing funding in future years. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Arizona community colleges; appropriations; remedial education; intent

The legislature intends that the appropriations made by Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 20 for the Din college remedial education, Tohono O'odham community college remedial education and San Carlos Apache college remedial education line items be considered ongoing funding in future years.
