AN ACT

 

Amending title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-2930.07; relating to the ARizona health care cost containment system.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2930.07, to read: START_STATUTE36-2930.07. Applied behavior analysis; delivery locations; fee schedule A. The administration shall ensure that applied behavior analysis services for families and children are provided in locations that are flexible to meet the needs of each child and that one delivery location is not favored over another. B. The administration's fee schedule for applied behavior analysis services may not pay a different rate based on the service delivery setting. This subsection does not prohibit the administration from allowing mileage reimbursement for travel to rural or wilderness areas. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2930.07, to read:
