AN ACT

 

APPROPRIATING monies to the state mine inspector.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; state mine inspector; mine safety and database software; exemption; intent A. The sum of $900,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the state mine inspector for mine safety measures and software database acquisitions and upgrades. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations. C. The legislature intends that $100,000 of the amount appropriated in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years.
