Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 12, chapter 7, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-824, to read: START_STATUTE12-824. Unlawful act by government official; challenge All citizens of this state shall have a right of action and standing to challenge any unlawful act by any government official. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 12, chapter 7, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-824, to read:
START_STATUTE12-824. Unlawful act by government official; challenge
All citizens of this state shall have a right of action and standing to challenge any unlawful act by any government official. END_STATUTE
