Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read: START_STATUTE16-407.04. Election workers; nondisclosure agreements; no waiver The county board of supervisors, the county recorder, a city or town government or any other officer that administers any portion of an election may not require its permanent or temporary election workers to sign a nonDISCLOSURE agreement regarding the election or to otherwise waive their rights to speak or write publicly regarding any events or OCCURRENCES in the administration of the election.END_STATUTE Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read: START_STATUTE16-407.04.
