AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 24; Ironwood interchange The sum of $39,608,304 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Queen Creek for all necessary expenses incurred through the completion of the current project to extend State Route 24, including a traffic interchange at State Route 24 and Ironwood Road. The town of Queen Creek must collaborate with Pinal county before spending the monies distributed for the project pursuant to this section. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
