AN ACT
Providing for renumbering; amending section 41-3026.14, Arizona Revised Statutes, as renumbered; RELATING to the department of water RESOURCES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 41-3028.10, Arizona Revised Statutes, is renumbered as section 41-3026.14 and, as so renumbered, is amended to read: START_STATUTE41-3026.14. Department of water resources; termination July 1, 2026 A. The department of water resources terminates on July 1, 2028 2026. B. Title 45, chapter 1, article 1 and this section are repealed on January 1, 2029 2027. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 41-3028.10, Arizona Revised Statutes, is renumbered as section 41-3026.14 and, as so renumbered, is amended to read:
START_STATUTE41-3026.14. Department of water resources; termination July 1, 2026
A. The department of water resources terminates on July 1, 2028 2026.
B. Title 45, chapter 1, article 1 and this section are repealed on January 1, 2029 2027. END_STATUTE
