AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of public safety for law enforcement drones.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of public safety; law enforcement; exemption A. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of public safety to distribute to city, town, county and tribal law enforcement agencies for the purchase and deployment of drones for law enforcement purposes. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations, through June 30, 2027.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
