(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of child safety; healthy families program; intent A. The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 to the department of child safety for the healthy families program established by section 8-481, Arizona Revised Statutes. B. The legislature intends that the appropriations made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of child safety; healthy families program; intent A.
