supporting various tax reduction, regulatory reform and fiscal discipline efforts in the state of Arizona.

 Whereas, it is of vital importance to foster an economic environment that empowers individuals, families and businesses to thrive without excessive government interference; and Whereas, reducing the tax burden on Arizona's residents and businesses is essential to promoting job creation, stimulating local investment and encouraging long-term economic growth; and Whereas, the Arizona House of Representatives is committed to eliminating unnecessary regulations and special interest subsidies that distort Arizona's tax code and ensuring a fair and equitable tax system for all Arizonans; and Whereas, it is essential to uphold the principles of fiscal discipline, limited government and a balanced budget to secure Arizona's financial health for future generations; and Whereas, the Arizona House of Representatives supports the preservation of individual freedom in education and health care choices, recognizing that consumers are best equipped to make decisions that serve their needs and preferences; and Whereas, reducing the influence of public sector unions in the political process supports employee rights and diminishes undue political influence from taxpayer-funded entities. Therefore Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona: 1. That the Members of the House of Representatives support various tax reduction, regulatory reform and fiscal discipline measures that will provide relief to Arizona's working families and reduce burdens on small businesses and entrepreneurs in this state. 2. That the Members of the House of Representatives support the various state agencies in their efforts to collaborate in implementing these principles, thus ensuring that Arizona remains a model of limited, effective government that upholds individual freedom and economic liberty.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona:
