The United States Department of Homeland Security. 2. The United states Customs and Border Protection. 3. The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement. B. A CONTRACT BETWEEN An independent CONTRACTOR AND THIS STATE OR A state agency SHALL CONTAIN A PROVISION THAT IF THE independent CONTRACTOR VIOLATES THIS SECTION, THE CONTRACT IS VOID. C. IF a STATE AGENCY VIOLATES THIS SECTION, the state agency shall deposit ten percent of the state agency's funding for the fiscal year into the general fund within thirty days after the violation. D.
