(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 36-2907.04, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE36-2907.04. Family planning services; eligibility A. A woman whose eligibility under section 36-2901, paragraph 6, subdivision (a), item (ii) ended no earlier than March 1, 1995 and who is not otherwise enrolled in the system is eligible to receive voluntary family planning services for two years, if approval of the waiver requesting family planning services pursuant to this section is approved by the United States department of health and human services. This two year two-year period begins on the first day following the end of that woman's sixty day sixty-day federal eligibility period that begins on the last day of her pregnancy. Family planning services under this section subsection are limited to those available pursuant to section 36-2907, subsection A, paragraph 8. B. On approval by the centers for medicare and medicaid services and pursuant to sections 1902(a)(10)(G) and 1905(a)(4)(C) of the social security act, a person whose household income is at least one hundred thirty-three percent of the federal poverty level and not more than two hundred percent of the federal poverty level is eligible for family planning services, family planning-related services and family planning supplies.
