(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring: 1. Article VII, section 13, Constitution of Arizona, is proposed to be amended as follows if approved by the voters and on proclamation of the Governor: CONST13. Submission of questions on bond issues or special assessments Section 13. A. Questions upon on bond issues or special assessments shall be submitted to the vote of real property tax payers the qualified electors, who shall also in all respects be qualified electors of this state, and of the political subdivisions thereof affected by such question. B. For any election to approve bonds issued by a school district, the bond issue is approved only if at least sixty percent of those voting on the question approve the issuance.CONST 2. The Secretary of State shall submit this proposition to the voters at the next general election as provided by article XXI, Constitution of Arizona.
