Under existing law, various measures have been approved by the voters to provide funds for water supply and protection facilities and programs. This bill would express legislative intent  to enact legislation  to place a bond measure on the June 2010 ballot to support improvements in the state's water infrastructure. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature  to enact legislation  to place a bond measure on the June 2010 ballot to support improvements in the state's water infrastructure.
