LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 23, as introduced, Hollingsworth. Milton Marks Commission: membership: Members of the Legislature. Existing law creates the Milton Marks "Little Hoover" Commission on California State Government Organization and Economy, which has a prescribed membership that includes 4 members of the Legislature, as prescribed.
