LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST HOUSE OR SENATE RESOLUTIONS DO NOT CONTAIN A DIGEST Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, That, during the organizational recess, no bill shall be placed on the Desk for introduction except by a person designated by the author in writing. The designation shall be filed with the Chief Clerk; and be it further Resolved, That the Chief Clerk or the Sergeant at Arms is authorized to receive from the Controller all warrants for the payment of Members, officers, and attachs of the Assembly; and be it further Resolved, That the Chief Clerk shall provide copies of the Assembly Weekly Histories to the Legislative Counsel, Governor, Attorney General, and accredited newspaper representatives.
