Talent agencies: licensure.Existing law prohibits a person from engaging in or carrying on the occupation of a talent agency without a license from the Labor Commissioner. Existing law authorizes the commissioner to revoke or suspend any license if it is shown that the licensee or his or her agent has violated or failed to comply with any of the provisions governing talent agencies.
