The information shall include the procedures which that the corporation will follow during emergencies, how telephone subscribers can best use the telephone network in an emergency situation, and the emergency services available by dialing 911.(b) Annually provide to all subscribers in the form of a billing insert, which need not be a separate document, information concerning emergency situations which that may affect the telephone network.
