1-Assembly Bill No. 1674 CHAPTER 803 An act to add Section 68052.1 to the Education Code, relating to the University of California. [ Approved by Governor October 14, 2017. Filed with Secretary of State October 14, 2017. ] LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGESTAB 1674, Grayson. University of California: nonresident student enrollment.Existing law expresses the intent of the Legislature that the University of California establish nonresident student tuition policies that are consistent with their resident student fee policies.
