Existing law prescribes the requirements for a traffic violator school to be licensed, authorizes the department to charge a fee for licensing, and authorizes the department to suspend or revoke a license, as specified.This bill would require the Department of Motor Vehicles department to conduct a study on the impact of the traffic violator school program on reducing subsequent traffic offenses by a violator.
