(a) To promote greater transparency and accountability, CPOST shall post and maintain on its Internet Web site the following documents and information:(1) Agendas, minutes, and any related supporting documents of all commission meetings.(2) An archive of agendas, minutes, and any related supporting documents of past commission meetings.(3) Documents that provide employees of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation greater access to professional development materials. This information shall also be made available to the public.(b) (1) CPOST shall transmit live video and audio of all meetings via its Internet Web site.(2) CPOST shall maintain an archive of video and audio recordings of its meetings and make those recordings accessible via its Internet Web site.(c) Nothing in this section requires the transmission of a closed proceeding as authorized in Article 9 (commencing with Section 11120) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code or the publication or release of any documents exempted from disclosure under Article 1 (commencing with Section 6250) of Chapter 3.5 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
