Existing law authorizes the commissioner to charge a fee of $25 to approve any instrument and to affix his or her official seal to that instrument, and to charge a fee of $25 to, if requested, certify copies of documents.This bill would, instead, authorize the commissioner to charge a fee of $30 to approve any instrument and to affix his or her official seal to that instrument or, if requested, to certify copies of documents, as described above.Existing law establishes the system of public elementary and secondary schools in this state, and provides for their funding and governance. Existing law establishes school districts throughout the state to administer the public elementary and secondary schools within their respective jurisdictions.
