62+(b) After deducting its administrative costs, the department shall deposit all revenue derived from the additional fees generated by this section into the Driver Education and Training Fund, which is hereby established in the State Treasury. Motor Vehicle Account in the State Transportation Fund. Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the moneys in the fund deposited into that account pursuant to this section shall be used by the department to develop and provide support driver education and training programs.
