For the relinquished former portion of Route 193, the City of Lincoln shall install and maintain within its jurisdiction signs directing motorists to the continuation of Route 193 to the east and to Routes 65 and 80 to the west and shall ensure the continuity of traffic flow on the relinquished portion of Route 193, including any traffic signal progression.
