The sum of three hundred sixty-nine thousand four hundred sixty dollars ($369,460) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Executive Officer of the California Victim Compensation Board for the payment of the claim of Deshawn Reed, accepted by the board and reported to the Legislature pursuant to Section 4904 of the Penal Code.SEC. 4. The sum of one million forty-four thousand eight hundred twenty dollars ($1,044,820) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Executive Officer of the California Victim Compensation Board for the payment of the claim of Horace Roberts, accepted by the board and reported to the Legislature pursuant to Section 4904 of the Penal Code.SEC. 5.
