Existing law requires the trustees to appoint a chief executive officer, known as the Chancellor of the California State University. Existing law authorizes the trustees to operate motor vehicle parking facilities and alternate methods of transportation for officers, students, and employees, and authorizes parking facilities to charge parking fees.
