The state board shall develop a method for a person to demonstrate that they satisfy one or both of the requirements to be considered a super commuter. The state board may include as part of this method the voluntary submission of vehicle maintenance documents that denote the mileage shown on a vehicles odometer over time.(3) Provisions enhance the prescreening of applicants to Clean Cars 4 All, if determined by the state board to be appropriate.
