Those duties shall be assumed by the Board of State and Community Corrections.(b) Except for this section, the phrase Office of Criminal Justice Planning or any reference to that phrase in this code shall be construed to mean or refer to the Office of Emergency Services. Any reference to the executive director of the Office of Criminal Justice Planning in this code shall be construed to mean the Director of Emergency Services.
