Existing law requires all interim assessments offered by the department, as described above, to be developed in close consultation with current classroom teachers at each grade level assessed for the purpose of soliciting feedback regarding the capacity of the interim assessments to provide timely feedback to allow teachers to continually adjust instruction to improve learning.This bill would require those assessments to be additionally developed in close consultation with current classroom teachers in each subject assessed for those same purposes.
