(a) The Veterans Support Stabilization Account is hereby created in the General Fund.(b) The Controller shall annually transfer from the General Fund to the Veterans Support Stabilization Account a sum equal to 0.5 percent of the funding appropriated for veterans services in the annual Budget Act.(c) Funds transferred to the Veterans Support Stabilization Account shall not be appropriated except as provided for in Section 22. |
