In (a) This article shall be known, and may be cited, as the Medi-Cal Provider Enrollment, Application, and Participation Act.(b) In order to ensure the proper and efficient administration of the Medi-Cal program, every an applicant, as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 14043.1, and every a provider, as defined in subdivision (o) of Section 14043.1, shall be subject to the requirements of this article.
