Existing law required the department to submit a report to the Legislature by April 1, 2002, on the outcomes of these pilot programs and other specified factors.This bill would require the department to submit a new report to the Legislature by April 1, 2020, that considers all relevant pilot program data from 2002 to 2019, inclusive.
