In preparing this report, the department shall consider all relevant pilot program data from 2002 to 2019, inclusive.(b) (1) A report submitted pursuant to this section shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.(2) Pursuant to Section 10231.5 of the Government Code, this section is repealed on April 1, 2024. |
