The report required to be submitted pursuant to this subdivision shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.(e) The pilot program established pursuant to this section shall be consistent with Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 1501) of the Public Utilities Code.(f) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2026, and as of that date is repealed.
