LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGESTSB 942, as introduced, Wilk. State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission: community-shared solar systems.Existing law authorizes the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to prescribe, by regulation, energy efficiency standards, including appliance efficiency standards.
