(a) An unmanned aircraft system that is used by a business to deliver consumer products to a person in this state may be used by that business to collect, use, and retain audio, geolocation, and visual information, only when reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the delivery purposes for which the information was collected or processed.(b) Except as required by federal law, the business may retain the information described in subdivision (a) only for the delivery purposes for which it was collected and shall destroy that information upon completion or realization of those purposes.
