Long-term supports and services.Existing law sets forth various provisions relating to long-term supports and services (LTSS), including the delivery and health care coverage of those services. Existing law establishes an Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) program, administered by the California Department of Aging in collaboration with the Department of Rehabilitation and the State Department of Health Care Services.
