Access to schools.Existing law prohibits an outsider, as defined, from entering or remaining on school grounds during school hours without having registered with the principal or designee, except as specified. Existing law requires an outsider to provide specified information to the principal or designee to register, including their name, address, and occupation, purpose for being on school grounds, and proof of identity.
