This subdivision shall become inoperative on December 31, 2025.(c) On or before January 1, 2026, the department shall submit a report to the relevant policy committees of the Legislature on the impact of the discounted admission program, which shall include, at minimum, all of the following for each year:(1) The number of park users that used the discounted admission program.(2) The number of park units impacted by the discounted admission program.(3) The names of the park units impacted by the discounted admission program.(4) The estimated fiscal impact on the department, including on fee revenues and associated planning and staffing costs.(5) Any other costs and benefits of the discounted admission program.(d) (1) A report to be submitted pursuant to subdivision (c) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.(2) This section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
