Notwithstanding the provisions described above, this bill would require the submission of Senate Constitutional Amendment 10 of the 202122 Regular Session, if adopted by the Legislature, to the voters at the November 8, 2022, statewide general election and would require the measure to be designated as Proposition 1 and placed as the first measure on the ballot.
