It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities in the regular schoolday and school year.(b) Summer/supplemental grant means funding to operate any a program in excess of 180 regular schooldays or during any a combination of summer, intersession, or vacation periods.
