Existing law defines public assistance and public assistance programs to refer to specified public social services programs, including, among others, the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program, adult day health care programs, programs for the aged, blind, and disabled, and in-home supportive services. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that definition.
