Except as provided in Section 12012.5, a person described in this subparagraph who violates Section 632 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to Section 12002.(B) The violation of the regulation occurred within two years of a prior violation of the regulation that resulted in a conviction.(19) Section 650 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.

Except as provided in Section 12012.5, a person described in this subparagraph who violates Section 632 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to Section 12002.(B) The violation of the regulation occurred within two years of a prior violation of the regulation that resulted in a conviction.(19) Section 650 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.
