Existing law imposes various requirements relating to the environmental review and governmental approval of certain types of projects, including renewable electricity generation projects.This bill would require the office, on or before January 1, 2026, to create and oversee a process for interagency coordination for all state and local agencies with known or likely environmental review or permitting jurisdiction relating to proposed renewable electrical generation facilities.
