Existing law requires the notice to contain specified items of information, including, among other things, the address and telephone number of the nearest division office.This bill would also require the notice to contain the email address of the nearest division office.Existing law governs the payment of wages for labor, including seasonal labor, as defined. Existing law requires the Labor Commissioner to hear and decide all wage disputes arising in connection with seasonal labor and to allow or reject any deductions made from those wages.
