Prohibits sale, manufacture, and distribution of certain apparel and diaper products containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
Prohibiting certain products that contain intentionally added PFAS and requiring disclosure of information and the testing of products that contain intentionally added PFAS and are sold, offered for sale, distributed or distributed for sale in this state.
Modifies the definition of “intentionally added PFAS” to mean PFAS that are deliberately added during the manufacturing of a covered product to perform a specific function.
