Existing law provides that otherwise qualified military and overseas voters and voters with disabilities may complete a conditional voter registration and cast a provisional ballot or nonprovisional ballot under those provisions. To register, the elector shall furnish a copy of his or her official military orders.(b)On or before the day of election, or the first day a vote center opens, the elections official shall deliver to the precinct board a list of military or overseas voters who registered under this section.SECTION 1.It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to voting.
