25+Colorado Youth Advisory Council Review Committee. The bill
26+requires each student identification card issued to a public school student
27+to contain the phone number, website address, and text talk number for
28+the 24-hour telephone crisis service center (Colorado crisis services). If
29+the school does not issue identification cards, the school shall request and

55+school in the state that it can provide outreach materials explaining the
56+services provided, how to engage the services, and the possibility of
57+peer-to-peer counseling as part of the offered services. Colorado crisis
58+services shall provide those materials upon request.

74-SECTION 3. Appropriation. (1) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year,
75-$267,065 is appropriated to the department of human services for use by the
76-behavioral health administration. This appropriation is from the general
77-fund. To implement this act, the administration may use this appropriation
78-as follows:
79-(a) $74,990 for program administration related to community
80-behavioral health administration, which amount is based on an assumption
81-that the administration will require an additional 0.9 FTE; and

83-information campaign.
84-SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
85-determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
