16-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
17-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 1-45-103, add (15.7)
18-and (16.4) as follows:
19-1-45-103. Definitions - repeal. As used in this article 45, unless the

58+The bill requires that these aggregate contribution limits be
59+periodically adjusted for inflation consistent with other contribution
60+limits.
61+Section 3 subjects the new contribution limits to existing statutory
62+provisions governing the disclosure of campaign contributions.
63+Section 4 contains requirements governing when a candidate for
64+school district director is required to disclose information concerning
65+campaign contributions and clarifies that such candidates are required to
66+file their disclosure with the secretary of state.

217-department may use this appropriation for hardware/software maintenance.
218-SECTION 10. Effective date - applicability. This act takes effect
219-July 1, 2022, and applies to the portion of any election cycle or for the
220-portion of the calendar year remaining after said date, and for any election
221-cycle or calendar year commencing after said date.
222-SECTION 11. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
