In Session Laws of Colorado 2021, amend section 41 of chapter 222, (SB 21-268), as follows: Section 41. Appropriation. (1) For the 2021-22 state fiscal year, $3,500,000 $1,750,000 is appropriated to the department of education. This appropriation is from the workers, employers, and workforce centers cash fund created in section 24-75-231, C.R.S., and IS of money the state received from the federal coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund. To implement this act, the department may use this appropriation as follows: (a) $1,750,000 for the concurrent enrollment expansion and innovation grant program; and PROGRAM. ANY MONEY APPROPRIATED IN THIS SUBSECTION (1) NOT EXPENDED PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2022, IS FURTHER APPROPRIATED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE 2022-23 STATE FISCAL YEAR FOR THE SAME PURPOSE .
