12-SECTION 1. Capital construction appropriations for the fiscal
13-year beginning July 1, 2022. In Session Laws of Colorado 2022, amend
14-section 3 of chapter 507, (HB 22-1329), as follows:
15-Section 3. Capital Construction Appropriation.
